Vilm Tokyo offers high-quality video production services tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're looking for a captivating cinematic travel experience or a dynamic promotional video, I'm here to help you tell your story.

Services:

• General Video Production:

  • Production (Shooting Only): 55,000 JPY per day of filming.

  • Production (Director & Cameraman): 88,000 JPY per day of filming. 

  • Post-Production:

    • Under 30 seconds: 55,000 JPY

    • 30-60 seconds: 88,000 JPY

    • 60-120 seconds: 121,000 JPY

    • 120-180 seconds: 154,000 JPY

    • Over 180 seconds: Contact me for a customized quote.

• Cinematic Travel Experience (CTE):

  • All-inclusive package for videos up to 1 minute:

    • 22,000 JPY (Cash payment in person)

    • 33,000 JPY (Online payment via PayPal or Credit Card)

Pre-Production:

Every project is unique. To ensure I capture your vision perfectly, I will start with a consultation to discuss your needs and goals. Pre-production costs will be determined based on the complexity of your project. Simple projects requiring only online meetings and communication may have no pre-production fees. More complex projects involving location scouting, storyboarding, or scriptwriting will have customized pre-production costs.

Important Notes:

• Prices are subject to change.

• The final invoice will reflect the exchange rate.

• Clients are responsible for costs related to transportation, studio rental, and other production-related expenses.

• While specializing in live-action filming and editing, I can outsource photography, animation, motion graphics, and VFX services to professionals as needed.

• Starting in January 2025, I will only be available for filming on weekends. However, I will work with my freelance partners to try to be flexible and available as Vilm Tokyo on weekdays as well. Thank you for your continued support!

• Discounts:

  • Enjoy a 10% discount on recurring projects.

  • Receive a 10% discount if you allow me to feature your video on Vilm Tokyo's social media channels or in my showreel.
